Xela's Beauty Tip of the Day

Exercise for at least 30 minutes, at least 3 times a week. Get those bones shakin' ! Your cells will feel energized & happy. If you feel good on the inside, it will reflect on your outward appearance. But if you feel "crappy" on the inside, nothing you wear will make you look good. Therefore, begin from the inside out (: ♥
